Great article. You're right about lots of products being killed off and that's a good thing. It feels like companies are really just trying to figure out the product fit (love that definition between "wow" and "fit", btw). So much of AI feels like "wow" to me rather than fit.

(Also a side note, not sure why I thought about this when I replied to your comments 😅) In two to three years, the token will be less of an issue because we will all have a desk machine to run a sizeable model at home.
